I trained with the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) in 2003 .

Over the year's I have continued to develop my holistic skills with professional training in Usui Reiki I/II as well as hot stone reflexology and facial reflexology. I am First Aid trained and certified.

I now also teach level 3 reflexology to students at the Brighton Holistics training school and I am an Ambassador for the Association of Reflexologists.

Treatment Style

I'm an intuitive and experienced therapist. I ensure I spend time personalising every treatment you receive to ensure the best possible outcomes for you. Please look at my testimonials on the home page.

Working days

My clinic is 2pm-7pm on Tuesdays and 9am-6pm Thursdays. I also offer a clinic on the first Saturday of every month, between 9am-12 noon.

Ultimate Aim

To support and empower every client to achieve their optimum wellbeing in mind, body and spirit and, of course, leave you feeling much better than when you first walked in!

Pilates, reading, listening (and sometimes dancing) to 80s and 90s music and walking my very bouncy cocker spaniel called ‘Harley’.

I have volunteered all my life and until very recently, was the Deputy Manager for a local Volunteer centre in my spare time!

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Federation of Holistic Therapists, UK Reiki Federation, and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
